Not case studies with the names changed. These are live and public — open them, use them, break them. Two are platforms other businesses pay to run on, one is a removals firm's website and back office in a single build, one is running a real competition this season, and one is an estate agency whose entire public website is generated by the platform behind it.

Three businesses we cannot name, running software we can show you — because every company, person, client, course and garment name below has been changed, and these screens come from a rebuilt copy with invented data. The software is exactly what they use.

They pick an activity, see what is genuinely free, and book a tee time, a court, a class, a treatment or a table themselves — the system refuses to double-book, handles waitlists and chases no-shows, and the front desk stops being a switchboard.

A vintage clothing chain Three shops & a store room · name changed Every piece is one of a kind, so nothing off the shelf fits: each garment is scanned in, photographed, priced and given its own barcode, then sold at the till on a phone. The owner sees what each shop took, what profit is still hanging on the rail, and — the bit they actually asked for — which stock has been sitting still long enough to be costing money. It runs offline on a market stall and catches up when the signal returns.

These are not one template in six colours. Each one has its own typefaces, palette and layout, because a plumber and a hair studio should not look like the same company with a different logo. Yours would be its own thing too.

Fenwick & CrumbView → Bakery · hospitality Warm and retro. Heavy slab serif, rust and mustard, a stamp badge and a menu board. Friendly before it is anything else. Ledgerwood & CoView → Professional services Rigid and precise. A hard grid, hairline rules, monospaced figures and one electric blue. Confidence through restraint. Marchmont & ValeView → Estate agency · sales & lettings Quiet-luxury editorial in bone and sand. A serif you would put on a brochure, drawn elevations instead of stock photography, and an instant guide price that genuinely recalculates. IronhouseView → Gym · strength & conditioning Brutal, near-black and electric lime, with display caps at absurd size. A timetable that really changes with the day and a membership toggle that swaps monthly for annual. Fold & FerryView → Independent retail · homeware Warm editorial minimalism in paper and terracotta. Swatches that swap the colourway and the stock count with it, and an open-right-now badge computed from the actual clock. Wexford ParkView → Country club · golf, spa & dining Heritage register — deep green, antique gold and a drawn crest. A members' book that switches between five diaries with genuinely taken slots and a hold timer. An estimate that moves with size, distance and packing, and says which crew and van it assumes. NorthlightView → PR & communications · agency Kinetic editorial: oversized variable type, paper and electric blue, and a coverage board that fills in as it scrolls. Every masthead on it is invented. The live work is real, and it is ours to show. Foundation Agent, MoveVault, Windlesham Moves, Sweepmates and Windlebrook Estates were all built here and are all running right now — which is why we can show them working, in full, rather than as a case study with the screenshots blurred. Anything built for someone else stays off this page until they are happy for it to be on it.
The client systems are real, the names are not. Those screenshots come from software genuinely in use, but rebuilt from a copy with a fresh, invented database — the agency, its clients, the journalists, the club, its courses and members, and the vintage shop, its branches, staff and every garment shown are all made up. The businesses are real and the software is exactly what they run on; the names are ours, not theirs, because we will not put a client's name or data on our own marketing page.
Every business in the examples is invented. Halliwell, Ivy & Iron, Marlow, Fernway, Fenwick & Crumb, Ledgerwood and Ashcroft do not exist. The names, prices and reviews are placeholders, and every one of those pages says so across the top.
The examples are drawn, not photographed. They use colour, type and shape rather than stock photography, deliberately — your site would carry photographs of your own work, which beats any stock library. The live sites above show what that looks like with real pictures in place.
They are real pages, though. Everything here is the same HTML and CSS we would hand you. Nothing is a picture of a website. Resize the window, click the buttons, fill in the forms.
Yours would not be one of these. These show range, not a catalogue to choose from. We design around your business — though if you point at one and say "that one, but ours", that is a perfectly good place to start.
