How it works
The price we agree after the survey is the price on the invoice. If the job takes longer than we judged, that is our problem to solve, not yours to pay for.
Fifteen minutes on a video call, or in person if you would rather. We count what is actually there, including the loft.
In writing the same day, itemised, with the packing and the insurance already in it. No day rates.
The crew arrives when we said. You get their names beforehand and a number that reaches the van.
Boxes go in the right rooms because they are labelled by room, and we take the packing away when you are done.
What we do
Everything below runs off one diary, so the crew that packed you on Thursday is the crew that moves you on Friday.
One bed to seven, one van to four. Blankets, covers and floor protection as standard, not as an extra line.
Two packers, a day, and everything wrapped properly. Fragiles-only if you would rather do the books yourself.
Your things in sealed timber containers in our own warehouse, not a roadside unit. Access by appointment.
Sharing a van to Cornwall or Cumbria costs a fraction of a dedicated one, and we tell you the window honestly.
Out on Friday, working on Monday. Crates, labelling plans and IT handled with your people, out of hours.
Probate and end-of-tenancy, handled gently. Anything usable goes to the hospice shop, and we send you the receipt.
