Everything an estate agent needs between the car and the front door. Today's viewings with directions and a call button, the whole property list, offers logged on the doorstep, appraisals and the diary — running on the same data as the desk, so nothing gets retyped when they get back.

How much will it cost?
Websites start at £250 built and handed over, or £220 up front and £19 a month if you'd rather we hosted it and looked after it. Bigger systems are quoted free. Every price is fixed in writing before we build anything — no day rates, no surprises, and if it takes us longer that's our problem, not your bill.
How fast is “fast”?
You'll typically be clicking around a first working build inside 72 hours. Full projects usually land in days, not weeks — and you watch it happen live in your client portal.
Can you build a booking system?
Yes — it's one of the things we build most. Customers pick a slot themselves on their phone, the system refuses to double-book, deposits go through Stripe, and confirmations and reminders send themselves. Waitlists, cancellations, no-shows, recurring classes and multiple staff, rooms, courts or vans are all handled. We've already built booking into three live platforms.
Do I have to pay anything monthly?
Only if you want to. Pay £250 and the site is yours outright — take the files and host them wherever you like. Or pay £220 up front and £19 a month and we host it on our own server, renew the HTTPS certificate, back it up nightly, apply security updates and pick up the phone when something needs changing. Cancel whenever you like; the site and the domain are yours either way.
Can I see progress while you build?
Yes — every client gets a login. A live progress bar, the build checklist ticking off item by item, screenshots as the work takes shape, updates from the studio, and a message box straight to the person building it. No “just checking in” emails needed.
Do we need to be near you?
No. We're based in Windlesham and love a face-to-face anywhere within twenty miles or across London — but we build for businesses worldwide, and we'll fly anywhere for the coffee if you're covering the flights.
