What size unit do I need?
As a rough guide: 25 sq ft holds a room of furniture, 50 sq ft a one-bed flat, 100 sq ft a three-bed house and 200 sq ft a five-bed. The calculator above works it out from what you are actually storing.
How much does it cost?
From £28 a week for 25 square feet up to £96 a week for 200, with discounts for longer commitments. The calculator shows the monthly figure including VAT and insurance.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Two weeks minimum, then a week's notice to leave. Anyone tying you into six months is protecting their occupancy figures, not helping you.
Can I get in at any time?
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day, with your own gate code and unit key. Some sites charge extra for out-of-hours access. We do not.
Do I need insurance?
Your contents need cover, and most home policies will not stretch to a storage unit. Ours starts at £4 a month for £1,000 of cover, or bring your own certificate.
Do you really do a free van?
Yes, with a driver, for move-ins to units of 50 square feet and up, within ten miles. One trip, booked in advance.
