Hosting for any website, app or system we've built — including the ones you bought somewhere other than here. It runs on our own server, we keep it secure and backed up, and when something needs doing you speak to the person who does it.

What hosting includes
Not a list of features. These are the five jobs that keep a site up and safe, and they are the five we do. Nothing else is bundled in to pad the number out.
Buying a new site as well? A build with hosting together is £220 up front and £19 a month, and the site is yours — see how the two compare. Or £50 a month with no build fee at all, where we build it and it stays ours while you rent it. This page is for hosting on its own, which is what you want if the thing being hosted already exists and is already yours.

Card details are handled by Stripe, never by us. You'll be able to change the card or cancel yourself at any point, without emailing anybody.

That's the usual case, and moving it is part of the job rather than an extra. Tell us where it is now and we'll arrange a time, copy everything across, fit a fresh HTTPS certificate and switch the domain over when it's ready — so visitors see your site throughout rather than a gap. You don't need to cancel anything with your current host until we've confirmed the move is done.
Any time, and without emailing anybody. It's monthly, so you cancel and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. There's a Manage your hosting link in your confirmation email that opens your own billing page, where you can change the card or cancel in a couple of clicks. No notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody will ring you to ask why.
They're yours, and they stay yours. Tell us where you're going and we'll send you everything — the site, the files, the database if there is one — in a form your new host can use. Your domain is registered to you, not to us, so it simply points somewhere else. Nothing is held back and there's no charge for handing it over.
