Before you get three quotes

How much does a new roof cost?
For a typical three-bedroom semi, a full strip and re-roof in concrete tile lands between £7,500 and £11,000 including scaffold. Natural slate is roughly half again. The estimator above prices your roof specifically.
Is scaffold included?
It is shown as its own line, always. Anyone giving you one number without breaking out the access is hiding either a very high scaffold price or a very low one that will change.
How long does a re-roof take?
A typical semi is four to six working days on the roof, plus a few days either side for scaffold up and down. Weather adds days and we tell you honestly when it does.
What guarantee do I get?
Thirty years, insurance-backed, on a full re-roof. Twenty on EPDM flat roofing. Ten on leadwork. The paperwork is in your name and transfers if you sell.
Do you do the drone survey for free?
Yes, and you get the photographs whether or not you use us. It is the cheapest way for both of us to find out whether you actually need a whole roof.
My insurer wants a report. Can you do that?
Yes. We produce a written report with photographs suitable for an insurance claim, and we will tell you honestly whether the damage is storm damage or wear.
