How much does a nursery website cost?

Can the calculator handle funded hours properly?
Yes — 15 and 30 hours, term-time or stretched across the year, with consumables and meals treated correctly. That last part is where most nursery fee pages become misleading.
Will it do Tax-Free Childcare and sibling discounts?
Both, applied on top of any funding, so the figure on screen is the invoice the parent will receive.
Does it replace our nursery management system?
Not necessarily, and we will tell you honestly. Many nurseries keep their learning journal and use us for the website, the fee calculator, invoicing and the waiting list — which is where the office hours actually go.
Can it do registers and ratios?
Yes, on a tablet at the room door, with a live ratio check. It is quicker than paper and considerably more useful during an inspection.
Is parent data held securely?
It sits on our own UK server, backed up nightly. We will go through exactly what is stored and where before you commit anything.
