Foundation Who we build for Clinics & practices

Websites and booking
for clinics.

Reception spends the morning on the phone and the afternoon chasing people who did not come. We build the site that reassures a nervous patient and the booking that takes the phone out of it.

The bit that hurts

Reception is a
switchboard.

Practices lose two things to admin: the hours reception spends on the phone, and the revenue that walks out when somebody does not turn up.

01

The phone never stops

Every booking, rebooking and cancellation goes through one person at a desk, who is also supposed to be greeting the patient standing in front of them.

02

DNAs are pure loss

A missed forty-minute appointment is forty minutes of a clinician's day gone. Without reminders and deposits there is nothing catching them.

03

Recalls slip

Six-month check-ups, annual reviews and vaccination boosters only happen if someone remembers to write the letter. They usually do not, and the patient drifts.

04

An anxious patient needs reassurance

Half of dental and veterinary searches are somebody worried. A site full of stock photos and jargon does not settle anybody.

An example site

A site that settles
a nervous patient.

This example is deliberately soft, rounded and calm, because that is what the reader needs. Prices are stated, the nervous-patient page is not buried, and booking is one tap from anywhere.

Marlow Dental Practice is a fictional practice. This is a working example site.

What we build for you

What a practice
actually needs.

Booking is the start of it. What saves reception the most time is everything that happens automatically after the appointment is made.

01

Patients book and rebook themselves

Clinician, treatment, duration and room, all respected. A forty-minute hygienist appointment can never be booked into a twenty-minute gap.

02

Reminders that cut DNAs

Confirmation on booking, a reminder the day before, and a nudge to rebook when a course of treatment needs it.

03

Automatic recalls

Six-month check-ups and annual reviews go out on their own. The patient gets a link, books themselves, and reception never touches it.

04

Deposits where they help

Longer or higher-value appointments can carry a deposit, refunded automatically on proper notice. It changes behaviour without punishing anybody.

05

Multiple clinicians and rooms

Rooms, chairs, equipment and staff are all bookable resources, and the system knows a treatment needs all four before it offers a slot.

06

Forms filled in before they arrive

Medical history and consent completed on a phone the night before, so the appointment starts on time and the notes are already there.

The system behind it

The booking flow,
working, right now.

Try it. Pick a treatment, pick a practitioner, pick a slot — the taken slots are genuinely taken, and the deposit step is a real deposit step. This is the flow we fit to clinics.

How it goes

First working build
in 72 hours.

Sites for clinics go live with booking already configured — treatments, durations, clinicians and rooms — because a booking system handed over empty never gets set up.

01

A twenty-minute call

Treatments, durations, clinicians, rooms and the rules you work to.

02

A working site in 72 hours

Live, on your phone, with the booking flow working end to end.

03

Your diary configured

Every treatment, duration, room and clinician entered with you before launch.

04

Live, and looked after

Monitoring, backups and a real person when a price or a treatment changes.

Where we work

Practices in Surrey,
Berkshire and London.

Patients search for a dentist, physio or vet in their town, and often for one specific problem. Every site gets a page for each town you draw from and each treatment worth ranking for.

On your doorstep

We're in Windlesham, and we'll come to you — a coffee and a whiteboard beats a video call. Anywhere within twenty miles, plus the whole of London.

Quick answers

Practice questions,
answered straight.

How much does a clinic website with booking cost?

The website starts at £250, or £220 up front plus £19 a month hosted and maintained. Booking, reminders and recalls are quoted free and priced on what they do.

Will it reduce missed appointments?

Reminders alone make a large difference, and deposits on longer appointments make a larger one. Both are built in, and you decide which appointments carry a deposit.

Can it handle rooms and equipment, not just people?

Yes. Rooms, chairs and equipment are bookable resources in their own right, and a treatment that needs a clinician plus a room plus a machine will only be offered when all three are free.

What about patient data?

It stays on our own UK server, backed up nightly, with the certificate renewed automatically. We will talk through exactly what is stored and where before anything is built.

Does this replace our practice management software?

Not necessarily, and we will say so if it should not. Plenty of practices keep their clinical system and use us for the website, booking and recalls, which is where the admin time actually goes.

Can patients fill in forms before they arrive?

Yes. Medical history and consent go out with the confirmation and come back completed, so the appointment starts on time.
