Your rules do not fit their boxes
A treatment that needs a room and a machine. A tee time that needs four members. A van that cannot do two jobs on opposite sides of the county. Generic tools shrug at all of it.
Foundation Who we build for Booking systems
Customers pick a slot themselves at eleven at night, the system refuses to double-book, deposits go through Stripe, and the reminders send themselves. We have built booking into three live platforms — we are not learning this one on your project.
The bit that hurts
Every business has one rule that generic booking software cannot express, and that rule is the reason the software gets abandoned six weeks in.
A treatment that needs a room and a machine. A tee time that needs four members. A van that cannot do two jobs on opposite sides of the county. Generic tools shrug at all of it.
Platforms that take a cut of every booking are charging you most on your best week, forever, for customers who already knew your name.
Because they are two systems joined by a plugin, and the plugin was updated last March.
Without deposits and waitlists, a cancellation is just a hole. With them, it fills itself while you are working.
An example site
This is not a screenshot. It is a working five-step booking flow — pick the service, pick the practitioner, pick a slot, leave your details, pay the deposit. Try to double-book yourself; it will not let you.
Ashcroft Physio is a fictional clinic. The booking flow is genuinely working — click through it.
What we build for you
All of this exists already. It gets configured to your rules rather than written from scratch, which is why booking projects are quick and cheap compared to what they replace.
Durations that vary by service, staff who only do certain things, rooms and equipment that have to be free at the same time, and buffers between jobs.
Take a deposit or the full amount at booking, refunded automatically on proper notice. It is the single most effective thing against no-shows.
Email at booking, SMS the day before, and a nudge to rebook when it makes sense. Nobody sits down to send them.
A cancellation gets offered to the next person automatically, so the gap closes without anybody noticing it opened.
Weekly rounds, class packs, credits and courses, counted properly — including refunds when you cancel a session.
From their own account, with your notice rules enforced. Making it hard buys you one month and costs you the referral.
The system behind it
Booking is not a feature we are guessing at. It runs property viewings for estate agents, survey and move dates for removals firms, and courts, classes, treatments and tee times for a club.
A live members' booking area. Every name and detail below is invented for this page.
How it goes
Booking projects are quoted on what the rules are, not on hours. The awkward rule you think will be expensive is usually the cheap part.
Especially the awkward one. The exception that generic software cannot express is the reason you are here, and it is what we design around.
On a real link, with your services and durations in it, so you can try to break it.
Staff, rooms, equipment, holidays, deposits and notice rules, configured with you rather than handed over blank.
Monitoring, nightly backups and a real person when the rules change.

Where we work
We are in Windlesham and happy to come to you across Surrey, Berkshire and London. But a booking system is the least geographical thing we build.
On your doorstep
We're in Windlesham, and we'll come to you — a coffee and a whiteboard beats a video call. Anywhere within twenty miles, plus the whole of London.
And everywhere else
Booking systems we have built are running in the UK and the US. The whole project works over a call, and the awkward rules are the same everywhere.
What it costs
Booking systems are quoted free and priced on what they do. If you need a website around it, that starts at £250.
Or £220 up front and £19 a month — we host it, back it up nightly and keep the certificate valid. Compare both →
Get my priceNothing gets built until you've seen the price, and the price doesn't move afterwards. If it takes us longer than we thought, that's our problem, not your invoice.
Quick answers
It is quoted free, in writing, before anything is built, and priced on what it does rather than hours spent. A website around it starts at £250.
No, and we never will. You pay for the software once. A busy month costs you exactly the same as a quiet one.
Yes. Staff, rooms, courts, chairs, machines and vans are all bookable resources, and a booking that needs several of them is only offered when they are all free.
Yes — that is the one thing a booking system must never get wrong. The slot picker in our demo genuinely will not let you take a taken slot.
Of course. Staff add them to the same diary and the system stops the two from clashing. Nothing forces a customer online.
Booking is already running in three platforms we built: property viewings for estate agents, survey and move dates for removals firms, and courts, classes and tee times for a club.
