Every department has its own book
Golf has one system, racquets has a whiteboard, the spa has a diary and the restaurant has a phone. Nobody can see the day.
Foundation Who we build for Clubs & leisure
Tee sheet in one system, courts in another, the spa in a book and dining on the phone. We put the whole estate in one diary that members can book themselves — and the front desk stops being a switchboard.
The bit that hurts
Clubs are several businesses stacked on one site, and most of them run on separate systems that were bought years apart.
Golf has one system, racquets has a whiteboard, the spa has a diary and the restaurant has a phone. Nobody can see the day.
Every tee time, court, treatment and table goes through one telephone, which rings hardest at exactly the moment somebody is standing at the desk.
So they ring to ask. Then ring again to change it. A club of eight hundred members generates an extraordinary number of phone calls about availability.
A four-ball that does not turn up on a Saturday morning is four rounds gone, and nothing was holding it.
An example site
This example is the members' front door: heritage on the surface, and a live members' book underneath that shows real availability across golf, racquets, spa and dining.
Wexford Park is a fictional club. This is a working example site — try the members' book.
What we build for you
This is software we have already built and that a real club runs on. Golf, racquets, spa, gym, dining and the front desk, in one place.
Every bookable thing on the estate in a single diary, with its own rules, so the tee sheet knows the spa is full and the kitchen knows what came off the eighteenth.
From a phone, seeing real availability, up to whatever notice period you set per category. The phone stops ringing about times.
The golf team see golf, the spa see the spa, and reception sees the whole door. Nobody has to be trained on someone else's screen.
Under-30s, weekday, full estate, family. Booking windows, guest allowances and rates all follow the category automatically.
Visitor rounds and guest bookings handled alongside members, priced correctly and counted against allowances.
Medals, away days, weddings and functions in the same diary, so the tee sheet closes itself when the course is booked.
The system behind it
Two screens from a club that runs on this today. Every name, course, member and figure has been changed for this page — the software is exactly what they use.
Real systems, invented club. Every name and detail below is made up.
How it goes
Clubs are the longest builds we do, and they go department by department. Usually golf first, because that is where the phone calls are.
Every bookable thing, every rule, every category and every awkward exception. Clubs are full of them and they matter.
The members' front door live, with the booking panel working, before anything is migrated.
Golf, then racquets, then spa and dining. Each one proven before the next is switched over.
Categories, allowances and renewal dates imported, with the old system running alongside until it is not needed.

Where we work
A club draws from a ring of villages, and the membership enquiry is the most valuable form on the site. Every page is built around getting that enquiry and getting a show-round booked.
On your doorstep
We're in Windlesham, and we'll come to you — a coffee and a whiteboard beats a video call. Anywhere within twenty miles, plus the whole of London.
And everywhere else
We build for clubs across the UK. The estate walk is worth doing in person; everything after it works over a call.
What it costs
A club website starts at £250. The member booking and back office are quoted free, priced on the size of the estate rather than hours spent.
Or £220 up front and £19 a month — we host it, back it up nightly and keep the certificate valid. Compare both →
Get my priceNothing gets built until you've seen the price, and the price doesn't move afterwards. If it takes us longer than we thought, that's our problem, not your invoice.
Quick answers

Yes — that is the point of it. One diary across every facility, with departmental logins so each team only sees what they need to.
Yes. Booking windows, guest allowances, rates and restrictions all follow the category, including the awkward ones every club has.
Yes, and that is where most of the saving comes from. They see genuinely free slots, book, change and cancel without ringing the front desk.
No, and you should not. We go department by department, usually golf first, with the old system running alongside until the new one is proven.
Yes, from their phones on the course. It appears on the site and in the members' area at the same moment, and the pro shop stops fielding the question.
