Foundation Who we build for Garages & MOT

Websites and booking
for garages.

The phone rings while you are under a car, and the caller wants a price you cannot give with your hands full. Put the estimate and the booking on the website and the ramp fills itself.

The bit that hurts

Every call is a
car not being fixed.

An independent garage runs on two things it never has enough of: ramp time and uninterrupted hands. The phone takes both.

01

Answering the phone with your hands full

Every quote request is a stop, a wipe, a walk to the office. Ten a day is an hour of chargeable time gone, and the ones you miss ring the next garage.

02

MOT customers who never come back

They were in twelve months ago and nothing reminded them. A reminder the month before is the cheapest work a garage can win.

03

Ramp time booked on a paper diary

Overbooked Tuesday, empty Thursday, and no way to see it without standing in the office.

04

“How much for a clutch?”

Depends on the car, and explaining that on the phone takes five minutes. A website that asks the three questions and answers it takes none.

An example site

A site that prices
the job.

This example runs three working estimators — servicing, MOT and repair — that price by car size, fuel and job, and hand back an itemised range with the time in the workshop.

Fell & Roe Motors is a fictional garage. The estimator is real — work through it.

What we build for you

Fill the ramp
without the phone.

Booking and estimating are the two that pay for themselves. The rest is the job card and the money.

01

Estimates by car and job

Size, fuel, and what it needs. The customer gets a real range with the workshop time, and you stop losing an hour a day to the same conversation.

02

Ramp booking, self-service

Slots that respect how long a job actually takes and how many ramps you have. No more overbooked Tuesday.

03

MOT reminders that bring them back

A text and an email the month before it is due, with a booking link. It is the highest-return automation in the trade.

04

Job cards on a phone

Photographs of the fault sent to the customer, the authorisation captured, and the extra work agreed in writing before it happens.

05

Courtesy cars in the same diary

Two cars, booked against jobs, so you never promise one that is already out.

06

Invoices and chasing

Invoice on collection, card link included, and automatic chasing on anything unpaid — without you being the one to ask.

The system behind it

Booking, in a
working flow.

The same self-service engine, fitted to ramps and job durations rather than treatment rooms. Taken slots are genuinely taken.

Ashcroft Physio · a fictional business, a genuinely working booking flow.

How it goes

First working build
in 72 hours.

Garages usually start with the estimator and the MOT reminders, because between them they take the phone down and bring last year's customers back.

01

A call about your rates

Labour rate, service levels, how you band cars, and how many ramps you are working with.

02

A working site in 72 hours

Live, with the estimator running on your real figures.

03

Your diary and ramps set up

Job durations, ramp count, MOT bay and courtesy cars, configured with you.

04

Then the reminders

Last year's MOT customers loaded and reminded, which is usually the fastest return in the build.

Quick answers

Garage questions,
answered straight.

How much does a garage website cost?

From £250 built and handed over, or £220 up front plus £19 a month hosted and maintained. Estimating, booking and MOT reminders are quoted free.

Can customers book a ramp themselves?

Yes, and the system knows how long each job takes and how many ramps you have, so it will not sell you a Tuesday you cannot work.

Will it send MOT reminders?

Automatically, a month before the due date, by text and email with a booking link. Most garages tell us this alone pays for the system.

Can it really price a repair from a website?

It gives an honest range, banded by car size and fuel, with the workshop time stated. For a warning light it prices the diagnostic time and says plainly that the repair is quoted after — which is the truthful answer.

Can we send photos of the fault to the customer?

Yes, from the job card on a phone, with the authorisation captured in writing before the extra work happens. It ends the argument about the bill before it starts.

Does it handle courtesy cars?

Yes, booked against jobs in the same diary, so you never promise a car that is already out.
