Foundation Who we build for Trades

Websites and job
software for trades.

You are on a roof or under a sink for nine hours, and then you do the paperwork. We build the website that gets you the call and the system that turns it into a paid invoice without you opening a laptop at ten at night.

The bit that hurts

Four hours a week,
every week, unpaid.

Every tradesperson we have built for said a version of the same thing: the work is fine, it is everything around the work that is eating the evenings.

01

Quotes written at 9pm

The job is measured, the price is in your head, and it sits there for four days because writing it up means sitting down at a computer. Meanwhile the customer rings the next number on the list.

02

Missed calls are lost jobs

You cannot answer with your hands in a boiler. A caller who gets voicemail rings the next plumber, and you never even know the job existed.

03

Chasing your own money

The work is done, the invoice went out three weeks ago, and now you have to be the person who asks. Most people just do not ask, which is why the average trade is owed thousands.

04

A website that says nothing

Half the trade sites we replace do not list the towns they cover, do not say they are Gas Safe, and do not have a phone number you can tap. They rank for nothing and convert nobody.

An example site

A trade site built
for a panicking caller.

Somebody with water coming through a ceiling does not read your About page. They want to know you cover their town, you can come today, and what it will cost. This example is built entirely around that thirty seconds.

Halliwell Plumbing & Heating is a fictional business. This is a working example site — click through it.

What we build for you

The tools that
actually fit a van.

Everything below runs on the phone in your pocket. No desktop software, no training day, and nothing that needs you back at a desk to finish it.

01

Quote from the doorstep

Pick the job type, adjust the price, send. The customer gets a proper branded quote before you have got back in the van, and you get told the moment they open it.

02

Jobs, not a notebook

Every enquiry becomes a job with an address, a date, photos and notes. Nothing lives on a scrap of paper on the dashboard any more.

03

Invoices that chase themselves

Invoice goes out when the job is marked done. If it is not paid in seven days the system asks — politely, automatically, and without you having to be the bad guy.

04

A diary the whole team sees

Two engineers, five vans or just you. Everyone sees the same day, and moving a job moves it for everybody.

05

Callouts captured out of hours

A form and a call-back request that works at 2am, so the job is in your list at seven rather than gone to somebody else.

06

Certificates and compliance

Gas safety records, electrical certificates and job sheets stored against the property, emailed to the customer, and findable three years later when they ring.

The system behind it

Here is the system,
not a screenshot of a laptop.

This is the job management side of the same fictional plumbing firm — the website above is what the customer sees, and this is what runs behind it. One system, not a website plus four subscriptions.

Halliwell Jobs · the same fictional business, from the inside.

How it goes

First working build
in 72 hours.

We start with the website because it earns first, then add the job side once you can see it working. Nothing is built without a fixed price agreed in writing.

01

A twenty-minute call

What you do, where you cover, what you charge for and which bit of the week you hate. That is the whole brief.

02

A working site in 72 hours

Not a mockup. A real link on a real address that you can send to your other half and see on your phone.

03

Two rounds of changes

Send everything you want changed in one go and we turn it round quickly. Both rounds are included.

04

Then the system

Quoting, jobs and invoicing wired in once the site is earning, so the cost lands after the phone starts ringing.

Where we work

Trades in Surrey,
Berkshire and London.

Local search is most of the battle for a trade. Every site we build gets a page for each town you actually cover, written with the words people type when something has gone wrong.

On your doorstep

Surrey, Berkshire & London

We're in Windlesham, and we'll come to you — a coffee and a whiteboard beats a video call. Anywhere within twenty miles, plus the whole of London.

  • Windlesham
  • Woking
  • Guildford
  • Camberley
  • Farnborough
  • Bracknell
  • Ascot
  • Windsor
  • Staines
  • Weybridge
  • Esher
  • Richmond

And everywhere else

Worldwide, remotely

We build for trades all over the UK and beyond — the local SEO work is the same job whether your patch is Camberley or Cumbria, and the whole process works over a call.

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Europe
  • Anywhere with wifi
  • Coffee anywhere — flights on you

What it costs

Fixed, in writing,
before we build.

A trade website starts at £250. Quoting, jobs and invoicing are quoted free, priced on what they do rather than hours spent.

Quick answers

Trade questions,
answered straight.

How much does a website for a plumber or electrician cost?

From £250, built and handed over, or £220 up front plus £19 a month if you would rather we hosted it and looked after it. Every price is fixed in writing before we start, and it does not move afterwards.

How quickly can I have it?

You will typically be clicking round a first working build within 72 hours of the call. Most trade sites are finished and live inside a week.

Will it actually get me found in my area?

That is the main job. You get a page for each town you cover, written around what people really search when something has gone wrong, structured data describing your services and prices, and your Google Business Profile set up properly. It is done as part of the build, not sold back to you monthly.

Can I send quotes from my phone?

Yes — that is usually the first thing we build after the site. Pick the job type, adjust the price, send. The customer gets a branded quote in a minute and you get told when they open it.

Do I have to learn new software?

No. It runs in the phone browser you already use, there is nothing to install, and if it needs a manual we have built it wrong.

What about Gas Safe and electrical certificates?

Stored against the property, emailed to the customer at the time, and searchable years later. We do not invent registration numbers or accreditations — your real ones go on the site, nothing else.

Answered?
Two fields and a tap. You'll hear back from a real person, usually today.
